* 25 % non-refundable deposit required upon making reservation.
* Final payment due 45 days prior to arrival or at time of booking if less than
45 days to arrival.
* No cash refunds or cancellations 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Fully paid packages will be allowed to re-
schedule dates at a later time subject
to avaibility.
* We offer 7, 10 & 14 day packages only.
* All rooms are Non-smoking rooms and children are
allowed.
* Guest have access to Lobby & Gallery from 11 am to 8 pm daily. TV, phone, movies, books are available.
Gourmet coffees, bottled water also available in the lobby.
* The province capitol of Liberia and the International airport are located
1hr and 30 minutes from the Lodge.
* We can help arrange for daily inexpensive tours to tree top canopy, Zip Lining, Arenal Volcano, hot springs and spa,
water slides, hanging bridges, mud baths, wildlife refuge, ATV and motorcycle tours, canoeing, fly fishing, butterfly farm
and coffee tours, Montverde cloud forest tours, eco tours, white water river rafting, guided saltwater and/or freshwater
fishing, national parks, rain forest, horseback riding and hiking.
* We will also recommend many local restaurants and dishes.
Location:
1/12 hours from Liberia International Airport (LIR) through small local towns of Canas and Tilaran to Lake Arenal. The
Lodge is located a couple hundred yards south of Nuevo Arenal.
Local Stores, etc:
Nuevo Arenal has about everything you'll need and much more. There are 3 grocery stores with liquor, beer, wine, snacks
and a complete meats & veg dept. 2 hardware stores. Bank and Pharmacy. Medical Clinic and dental offices. Western
Union, furniture store and several bars. Also a diesel/gas service station.
