Additional Information
This is a home that was built
with two outside private suites, but
connected with the main house. You
cannot enter the main house from
inside the suites. You have to go
around and knock on the lobby doors.
The two suites have entrances
without entering the home, lobby,
kitchen, master suite (for us) or
the covered concrete deck connected
to the master bed.
Both attached suites
have private full bathrooms and
showers connected to each suite
along with a big closet, ceiling
fans, windows with screens and a
killer view of the lake. There is a
covered gazebo adjacent to the two
rental suites with a killer view of
lake Arenal. Each suite has a
refrigerator, coffee maker, TV, etc.
The master suite has blue tile
imported from Europe with a huge
bathtub and great lake view. All the
rooms on the property have tall 20+
ft ceilings and a view of the lake
from every room.
The property has a paved access road
and has three security gates with a
motor controlled gate at the
entrance to ours and about 5 other
nice homes owned by Americans and
Canadians. Then a private butterfly
gate that leads to our property and
a back private gate to has a dirt
road to the town of Nuevo Arenal.
The home looks like new inside and
out. You won't be disappointed.
The kitchen is all stainless but
smaller as we don't cook that much
with all the restaurants in town in
the low prices. There are 2 inside
full bathrooms and two outside (one
in each suite). There are no
advertising signs on the property
and my neighbors probably don't even
know we have a business license. We
have howler monkeys, toucans,
parrots on the property often.
The property has a private nature
trail. We take our family and
friends over
with us and they love the privacy of
the suites (and we do too). We have
the entire inside of the house to
ourselves. The inside has three
different ground levels. Everyone
that walks in the house is blown
away as it looks smaller from the
outside and huge inside.
This home is on the desirable side of the lake (other side too windy and
hot) .
There are several boat ramps on the
lake. One at the park is less than a
mile from the property and is paved.
The ramps and the lake are rarely
used though. Few people use the lake
as there is so much more to do. You
will rarely see another boat on the
50 sq mile lake. Also you won't see
any houses as they cannot build on
the lake and there is a minimum
distance they have to be from the
lake. All marinas are floating
marinas as docks cannot be built on
the lake. The lake is unbelievably
beautiful, clear and pure. World
famous for windsurfing.
